Your child's party starts with 20 minutes of gathering time in our beautiful Community Room, followed by 45–55 minutes of music-making fun in the classroom, then back across the hall for to the Community Room for cake/snacks and visiting time.
Our Community Room will be set up with little tables and chairs for up to 15 little people, then we ring the room with normal sized chairs for grown-ups. We normally set one table for drinks and two tables for food/cake. In the entry hall, there will be one table for goody bags and one table for gifts.
All tables are set with table coverings and birthday-themed table toppers. We provide table covers, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and party hats. We also have Music Together Welcome CDs with five songs on them, which we're happy to provide for up to 15 goody bags, if requested.
Birthday Party Music Time is similar to class, but perhaps with a few more props (puppets, parachute, or anything else that's requested). The teacher will talk with you a few days before your party to find out what your child's favorite songs and activities are, then they'll incorporate them into their plan. The teacher depends on who is requested and who is available. We'll also provide a host to help assist with all aspects of your party. We take care of all set-up and clean-up.
Parties are $375 for Music Together families, $400 for non-MT families. A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder to be paid the day of the party.
